Position: Drainage Contractors

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain drainage systems to prevent water damage and erosion
• Inspect properties to assess drainage needs and recommend solutions
• Work closely with clients to address their specific drainage issues
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Previous experience in drainage installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of different types of drainage systems and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Position: Retaining Walls

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and construct retaining walls to prevent soil erosion and landslides
• Use a variety of materials such as concrete, bricks, and stones to build retaining walls
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure structural integrity
• Inspect and repair existing retaining walls as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building retaining walls
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship

Position: Construction Estimates

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate estimates for foundation repair and construction projects
• Assess project requirements and materials needed for each job
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget limitations
• Review project progress and adjust estimates as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in construction estimating or related field
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
