Accident & Property Damage Attorney Position Available

Ali Mokaram is a leading law firm specializing in Accident & Property Damage cases, with a proven track record of success in achieving positive outcomes for our clients. We are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated and experienced Accident & Property Damage Attorney.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of Accident & Property Damage cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Accident & Property Damage cases.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
