Endodontists:

Aliana Dental is looking for an experienced and skilled Endodontist to provide specialized dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients maintain healthy teeth and gums through root canal therapy and other endodontic treatments. As an Endodontist at Aliana Dental, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures
• Evaluate and diagnose dental conditions related to the pulp and surrounding tissues
• Create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive dental experience
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Degree in Endodontics from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Dental Hygienists:

We are also looking for motivated Dental Hygienists to join our team at Aliana Dental. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health and a commitment to providing thorough and compassionate care to patients of all ages. As a Dental Hygienist at Aliana Dental, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who prioritize patient education and preventative care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and screenings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assess patients’ oral health and make appropriate recommendations
• Take dental x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with dentists to create treatment plans

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Valid state dental hygiene license
• CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and practices
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Orthodontists:

Aliana Dental is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthodontist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful smiles and helping patients achieve optimal oral health through orthodontic treatment. As an Orthodontist at Aliana Dental, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ orthodontic needs and create custom treatment plans
• Provide orthodontic treatment using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other techniques
• Monitor patients’ progress and make adjustments as needed
• Educate patients on proper orthodontic care and maintenance
• Collaborate with other dental specialists to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Degree in Orthodontics from an accredited dental school
• Valid state orthodontic license
• Experience with a variety of orthodontic treatment techniques
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
