Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy to clients struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. The therapist will work under the supervision of Dr. Alisha L Wagner and collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
• Providing evidence-based therapy interventions to address clients’ mental health needs
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate care
• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
• Experience working with individuals with mental health concerns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
