Position: Installation Technician

Job Description:

• Install mirrors, windows, shower doors, and enclosures in residential and commercial settings
• Ensure proper measurements are taken and installations are completed accurately
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the installation of mirrors, windows, shower doors, or enclosures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position: Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs
• Promote products and services to generate sales leads
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
