We Are Hiring: Party & Event Planners

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
  • Create event timelines and budgets
  • Source and coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and other event professionals
  • Ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a clown or performer preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Enthusiasm and passion for entertaining others
  • Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
