Job Title: Child Custody Attorney

Job Description:

• Represent clients in child custody cases, providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the legal process
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcome
• Appear in court to advocate for clients’ interests and present arguments effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to ensure the success of client cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, with a focus on child custody cases
• Demonstrated track record of success in representing clients in court
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
