Mobile Home Park Maintenance Technician

As a Mobile Home Park Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the park’s infrastructure is well-kept and safe for all residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, and basic repairs
• Responding to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Assisting with the upkeep of common areas, including playgrounds, swimming pools, and community centers
• Operating and maintaining equipment and machinery safely

Mobile Home Park Community Manager

As a Mobile Home Park Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring that residents feel welcome and supported. Your tasks will include:

• Managing rental agreements, lease renewals, and rent collection
• Communicating effectively with residents to address concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere
• Working closely with maintenance staff to ensure park facilities are well-maintained
• Enforcing park rules and regulations to promote a safe and respectful environment for all residents

Qualifications

To be successful in these positions, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management or maintenance roles preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and equipment operation
