Job Description

As an Oil Well Drilling Supervisor at Allstate Industries, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the drilling operations and ensuring the successful completion of oil well projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of drilling crew members, coordinating drilling activities, and monitoring progress to meet project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and coordinate drilling operations according to project specifications
– Supervise drilling crew members and provide guidance and training as needed
– Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
– Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and report on progress to management

Requirements

– At least 5 years of experience in oil well drilling operations
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Knowledge of drilling equipment and procedures
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
