Available Positions

• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher
• Catering Manager
• Food Runner

Responsibilities

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook dishes following our established recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with inventory management

Server

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver dishes to tables in a timely fashion

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests upon arrival
• Manage waitlist and reservations
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Keep kitchen area clean and sanitary
• Assist with basic food prep tasks

Catering Manager

• Plan and execute catering events from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients to customize menus
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering orders

Food Runner

• Assist servers in running food to tables
• Ensure accuracy and presentation of dishes
• Support other front-of-house staff as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. The ability to work well in a team, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for all positions.
