Mold Remediation Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mold inspections and assessments on residential and commercial properties
• Develop and implement mold remediation plans in accordance with industry standards
• Conduct thorough mold remediation procedures to eliminate mold growth and prevent future contamination
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid mold remediation certification
• Previous experience in mold remediation preferred
• Knowledge of mold types, health effects, and remediation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean dryer vents to prevent fire hazards and improve dryer efficiency
• Use professional tools and equipment to remove lint, debris, and blockages from dryer vents
• Educate customers on dryer vent maintenance and safety practices
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dryer vent cleaning or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation practices
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Air Duct Cleaning Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean air duct systems in residential and commercial properties
• Use specialized tools and equipment to remove dust, debris, and contaminants from ductwork
• Identify potential issues with air ducts and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
• Ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection of air ducts to improve indoor air quality

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance
• Familiarity with air duct systems and cleaning techniques
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Certification in air duct cleaning is a plus
