Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aloft Hotels. The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Checking guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, and providing information about hotel amenities
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Assisting with guest luggage and coordinating with bell staff as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
