Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Description:
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate fasteners, bolts, and nuts for their specific needs
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
- Process orders and manage inventory levels
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of industrial fasteners, bolts, and nuts is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
