• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.
• Demonstrated success in handling family law cases from start to finish.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
