Job Title: Management Consultant

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative strategies for growth and transformation
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational improvement and organizational change
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
