We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Building Cleaners-Interior:

As a Building Cleaner-Interior at AL&W Custodial Service LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of indoor spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Your duties will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their employees.

2. Janitorial Service:

We are looking for experienced Janitorial Service professionals to join our team. As a Janitorial Service provider, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of commercial and residential properties. Your duties may include trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor care, and other related tasks to ensure that our clients’ spaces are spotless.

3. Landscaping & Lawn Services:

If you have a passion for the outdoors and a green thumb, consider joining our Landscaping & Lawn Services team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, including yards, gardens, and landscaping features. Your duties may include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, planting flowers, and other landscaping tasks to enhance the beauty of our clients’ properties.

Qualifications:

We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Previous experience in the cleaning or landscaping industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates. To be considered for a position at AL&W Custodial Service LLC, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license (for certain positions)
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Pass a background check
