Job Title: Insurance Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ inquiries and concerns
• Generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance software
• Valid insurance license (preferred but not required)
