Position: Party & Event Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including birthday parties, corporate functions, weddings, and more
• Create detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless execution
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
