Job Description

As a Home Health Services Provider, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents in their homes. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

– Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
– Monitoring and documenting changes in residents’ health and well-being
– Supporting residents with mobility and transferring
– Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
– Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
– Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for residents

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

– Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
– Experience working in a home health care setting preferred
– Compassionate and caring attitude
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
