We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team at Ambassadors For Christ Youth Ministries!

At Ambassadors For Christ Youth Ministries, we are dedicated to empowering young people to live out their faith and make a positive impact in their communities. Our organization is committed to providing support, guidance, and leadership development opportunities for youth in churches and places of worship across the country.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Job Title: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs and activities within the church
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and outreach initiatives
• Mentor and disciple young people in their spiritual growth and personal development
• Coordinate special events, retreats, and community service projects for youth members
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry goals with the overall mission of the church

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Ordained or licensed minister with a strong commitment to Christian values
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth ministry or pastoral leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
