Position: Clinic Manager

Location: Multiple locations across the United States

Ambu-Health Inc is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of our health and welfare clinics in County & Parish Government settings. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
• Supervise clinic staff, including healthcare providers, administrative personnel, and support staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with County & Parish Government officials to address community health needs and promote wellness initiatives
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and quality of care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Passion for improving community health and wellness
