Position: Automobile Clubs Specialist
Job Description
As an Automobile Clubs Specialist at American Automobile Association Inc, you will play a vital role in assisting our members with their automotive needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to our automobile club memberships. Your main focus will be on helping members make the most of their benefits and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with their automobile club memberships, including renewals, upgrades, and changes
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve member issues and concerns, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Educate members on the benefits and services available to them as part of their membership
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
