Job Description

As a Carpet & Rug Cleaner at American Carpet Care Inc, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our customers. Your primary duties will include:

• Inspecting carpets and rugs to determine the appropriate cleaning methods
• Vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets and rugs
• Applying stain removal treatments to carpets and rugs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Assisting with moving furniture as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in carpet and rug cleaning
• Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
