Position Available: Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the support and assistance they need when navigating through their insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assisting clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing questions
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Insurance industry knowledge is a plus, but not required

Position Available: Sales Agent

We are also looking for Sales Agents to join our team. This position focuses on promoting and selling our insurance products to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a drive for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating leads through various channels
• Presenting and explaining insurance options to potential clients
• Closing sales and meeting monthly sales targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer retention
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus

Position Available: Claims Adjuster

Additionally, we are seeking Claims Adjusters to join our team. This role involves assessing and processing claims made by our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make fair and accurate claim decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Investigating and evaluating insurance claims
• Communicating with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties
• Reviewing policy coverage and determining the validity of claims
• Negotiating fair settlements with claimants
• Documenting claim activities and maintaining claim files

Requirements:

• Prior experience in claims adjusting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
