We are hiring for the following position:

Automobile Auction Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the auto auction process
• Manage vehicle registration and check-in procedures
• Ensure accurate vehicle listings and details are presented to buyers
• Conduct pre-auction inspections to verify vehicle condition
• Work closely with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions
• Handle post-auction paperwork and follow-up with clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
