We are Hiring: Guest Services Associate

We are currently seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our team at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Northeast Houston I-610. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with guests on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel facilities and services
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and addressing any issues that may arise
• Process reservations and manage room inventory
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
