Job Responsibilities:

– Install, repair, or replace various types of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roofs
– Perform inspections to assess the condition of existing roofs and identify areas in need of repair or replacement
– Work efficiently and effectively to complete roofing projects on time and within budget
– Coordinate with team members and project managers to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
– Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential roofing
– Knowledge of different types of roofing materials and techniques
– Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
