Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and closing mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process. As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Amerifirst Home Loans, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and help them achieve their homeownership goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by cultivating relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Educate clients on the mortgage process and guide them through the loan application and approval process
• Analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure a seamless closing process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
