Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating eye disorders and injuries, as well as performing eye surgeries when necessary. As an Ophthalmologist at Amy Coburn, MD, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat various eye conditions
- Perform eye surgeries, such as cataract surgery, LASIK procedures, and corneal transplants
- Patient education on eye care, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- Valid state medical license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ophthalmology practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
