Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Amy’s Ice Creams & Coffees team, you will be responsible for:

• Scooping and serving ice cream in a fast and friendly manner
• Preparing and serving coffee beverages with precision and care
• Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Working collaboratively with your team to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
