Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent for Anaya, Filiberto, AGT, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our insurance products. You will also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews to assess client needs
• Promote and sell Boat & Marine, Homeowners, and Auto Insurance products
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales preferred
• Active insurance license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
