Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by State Farm
• Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on clients’ needs and budget
• Process insurance policy applications and renewals
• Assist clients with claims processing and policy updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Licensed insurance agent or willingness to obtain insurance license
