About the Role:

As an Insurance Sales Representative at Andrew Heber – State Farm Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping customers select the right insurance products to meet their individual needs. You will provide guidance and support to clients looking for auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other insurance products offered by our agency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a genuine desire to help others protect their assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options
• Recommend insurance policies that best meet the needs of the client
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Must have a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one
