Job Title: Home Builder

Job Description

As a Home Builder at Anglia Homes, LP, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our residential properties from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that each home meets our exacting standards. You will work closely with our team of architects, designers, and project managers to bring our vision to life and create beautiful, functional homes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
• Ensure that homes are built according to plans and specifications
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor construction schedules and budgets
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Address any issues or delays that arise during construction
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of home building techniques and materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
