Position: Personal Injury Law Attorney

Annie McAdams PC is a leading legal firm specializing in personal injury law. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Law Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death claims
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Appearing in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of [insert state here]
• 2-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
