Position: Divorce Attorney

AnunobiLaw PLLC is a leading law firm specializing in family law, immigration law, and estate planning. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Divorce Attorney to join our team in representing clients in divorce proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
• Provide legal advice and guidance on divorce-related issues such as child custody, spousal support, and asset division
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on divorce laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law with a focus on divorce cases
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law

Position: Immigration Law Attorney

We are also looking for a dedicated Immigration Law Attorney to join our team and assist clients with their immigration needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration laws and regulations and a strong commitment to advocating for immigrant rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with various immigration matters, such as visa applications, green card petitions, and deportation defense
• Provide legal advice on immigration options and strategies
• Represent clients in immigration court and before government agencies
• Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and policies
• Advocate for immigrant rights and promote diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
