Job Title: Youth Pastor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of youth ministry within our church and will play a key role in shaping the spiritual growth of our young members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate weekly youth programs, including Bible studies, fellowship events, and outreach activities
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to engage and educate our youth
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to youth members in times of need
• Mentor and disciple youth volunteers to help them grow in their faith and leadership abilities
• Work collaboratively with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into the overall mission and vision of the church

Qualifications

• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a passion for serving youth
• Previous experience in youth ministry or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
