Job Title: Computer Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure operating systems and software applications
  • Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
  • Provide technical support to customers both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in computer repair
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems
