Job Title: Computer Repair Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to help customers with their computer repair needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
• Install and configure operating systems and software applications
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
• Provide technical support to customers both in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in computer repair
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
