Appliance Service Co. is currently looking to hire a Major Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a repair technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of major appliances in our customers’ homes. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements in appliance repair.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet repair deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in major appliance repair.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of major appliance systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
