Position: Major Appliances Sales Associate

As a Major Appliances Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect major appliances for their homes. Your duties will include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove, or dishwasher based on their needs and budget
• Providing product information and answering any questions customers may have
• Processing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of major appliances and their features
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Position: Small Appliances Specialist

As a Small Appliances Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the perfect small appliances for their kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through our selection of coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, blenders, and more
• Providing product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits
• Processing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Keeping up-to-date on the latest small appliances trends
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales, particularly with small appliances
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for small kitchen gadgets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
