Appliances N More is currently seeking individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Major Appliance Parts Specialist

As a Major Appliance Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in finding the right parts for their appliances
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering new parts as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Working closely with our repair technicians to ensure timely and accurate service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the appliance parts industry
• Strong knowledge of major appliance brands and models
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Small Appliance Repair Technician

As a Small Appliance Repair Technician, your duties will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing small appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, and microwaves
• Providing estimates for repairs and obtaining approval from customers
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Ensuring all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Certification in small appliance repair or equivalent experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail

3. Major Appliance Repair Specialist

As a Major Appliance Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing major appliances such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions from clients
• Working with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required components
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in major appliance repair
• Professional certification or relevant training
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
