We are Hiring: Machine Shop Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery
• Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure that all machinery is operating efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machine shop environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus
