We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Insurance Sales Agent

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Arlene Lollie & Associates, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to clients, including but not limited to Auto Insurance and Homeowners Insurance. Your duties will include:
– Developing leads and generating new business
– Meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs
– Providing personalized insurance recommendations
– Closing sales and meeting sales targets
– Building and maintaining client relationships

2. Customer Service Representative

We are also looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for:
– Assisting clients with policy inquiries and changes
– Processing insurance claims
– Resolving customer complaints or issues
– Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent customer service skills
– Must be detail-oriented and organized
