Community Organizations Job Opportunity:

Position: Community Outreach Coordinator

Arms Wide Adoption Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. This position is responsible for building relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to raise awareness about our services and recruit potential foster and adoptive families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community partners
• Organize and attend events to promote foster care and adoption opportunities
• Create marketing materials to support outreach efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Evaluate the success of outreach activities and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Previous experience in community outreach or marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping children and families in need

Adoption Services Job Opportunity:

Position: Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our adoption services team as an Adoption Specialist. This position will be responsible for supporting prospective adoptive families throughout the adoption process, from initial inquiry to final placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and support to prospective adoptive families
• Conduct home studies and assessments of prospective parents
• Prepare families for the adoption process and post-placement support
• Collaborate with birth parents and other adoption agencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all adoption regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• State licensure as an adoption specialist or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience working in adoption services or child welfare
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Empathy and understanding for individuals navigating the adoption process

Foster Care Agencies Job Opportunity:

Position: Foster Care Case Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our foster care team as a Foster Care Case Manager. This position will be responsible for providing support to foster families and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in foster care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the needs of children in foster care
• Provide support and resources to foster families
• Collaborate with social workers, schools, and other agencies to meet children’s needs
• Develop and implement individualized service plans for children in care
• Ensure compliance with all foster care regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Experience working in child welfare or foster care agencies
