Job Description:

As a Hair Replacement Specialist at Arocha Hair Restoration, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of our clients by providing expert advice, consultation, and performing hair replacement procedures. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their hair loss concerns and goals
• Customizing hair replacement solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
• Performing hair replacement procedures, including hair weaving and non-surgical hair replacement techniques
• Educating clients on proper maintenance and care of their new hair
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborating with the rest of the Arocha Hair Restoration team to ensure exceptional client experience

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or barber license
• At least 2 years of experience in hair replacement or related field
• Strong knowledge of different hair replacement techniques, including hair weaving and non-surgical options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and boosting their confidence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
