As a Hair Replacement Specialist at Arocha Hair Restoration, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of our clients by providing expert advice, consultation, and performing hair replacement procedures. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their hair loss concerns and goals
- Customizing hair replacement solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Performing hair replacement procedures, including hair weaving and non-surgical hair replacement techniques
- Educating clients on proper maintenance and care of their new hair
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborating with the rest of the Arocha Hair Restoration team to ensure exceptional client experience
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology or barber license
- At least 2 years of experience in hair replacement or related field
- Strong knowledge of different hair replacement techniques, including hair weaving and non-surgical options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
