Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee various construction projects
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Position: Home Builder

Responsibilities:

• Construct new homes from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Manage subcontractors and construction crew

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and plans
• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction

Position: Building Contractor – Commercial & Industrial

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and industrial construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in commercial or industrial construction
