We are Hiring General Contractors!

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled General Contractors to join our growing team. As a General Contractor at Art Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the highest quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of projects
– Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations
– Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to provide updates on project status
– Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction projects

Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a General Contractor in the construction industry
– Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
– Excellent project management and organizational skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
