Job Opportunities

At As We Grow Learning Center, we are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Child Care Providers

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Engage children in educational activities and play
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Ensure the overall well-being of each child in your care

2. Early Childhood Educators

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards
• Assess and monitor children’s progress and development
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Provide feedback and support to parents on their child’s development

3. Assistant Teachers

• Support lead teachers in implementing curriculum and lesson plans
• Engage children in educational and play activities
• Assist with classroom management and daily routines
• Provide support and guidance to children as needed

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at As We Grow Learning Center, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certification)
• Previous experience working with children in a child care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education and development
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
