Job Description

As a Window Treatment Specialist at ASAP Blinds USA, you will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right window treatments for their specific needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice, and guide them through the selection process. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and help them achieve the perfect look for their windows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting draperies, curtains, blinds, venetian blinds, or vertical blinds
• Provide expert advice on different types of window treatments
• Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fitting
• Handle product inquiries and provide information on pricing and availability
• Process orders and coordinate installation with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the window treatment industry preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure windows
• Knowledge of different types of window treatments, including draperies, curtains, blinds, venetian blinds, and vertical blinds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
